Manchester Master’s Bursary

Eligibility for the Manchester Master’s Bursary:

• Applicants must be studying for an LLM, MA, MEd, MBA, MEnt, MPH, MPhil, MRes, MSc, MSc by Research, or MusM.
• Candidates should be studying a full-time one-year or part-time two-year course, for a maximum of two years.
• Students should be home students paying tuition fees and have been in the UK for at least five years before starting their undergraduate course.
• Applicants should be commencing their degree course in September 2023.
• Candidates should not hold a master’s qualification or higher.
• Intercalating medical students taking a master’s course are eligible to apply. Medical students should note that if they plan to intercalate and take a master’s course between Years 2 and 3, they won't be eligible for undergraduate loans in Year 3. However, there will be no interruption to funding if they intercalate between Years 3 and 4, and they will be eligible for the postgraduate loan.
