Aziz Foundation Scholarships for Postgraduate Journalism

The Department of Journalism, City, University of London is delighted to be a preferred partner with the Aziz Foundation which offers scholarships to students from the UK Muslim community.

To apply for this award you should wish for Candidates who wish to champion inclusion and diversity in the media.

 

• You must have applied to a taught master's program at the Department of Journalism, City, University of London.
• Be eligible for Home fees status
• Be active within  a Muslim community and demonstrate intimate knowledge of issues affecting British Muslim communities
• Demonstrate a long-term commitment to community/societal development within Britain
• Show how the course will increase their effectiveness in one of the following areas relating to British Muslims:
• Be able to demonstrate that you come from a low-income background and require financial assistance to undertake Masters's study.

 

A successful scholarship will only be granted if you have an offer of a place on a designated taught Master’s course.
