The Government of Mexico, through the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID), invites foreign citizens to apply for the Excellence Scholarships for Foreigners 2025. This prestigious program offers international students the opportunity to pursue studies or research in over 90 higher education institutions across Mexico, all recognized in the National Postgraduate System.
